Current COVID-19 outbreaks have forced organisers to cancel the 22nd event.
Despite the best effort of organisers, the 2020 Deni Ute Muster will not be going ahead.
Organisers said the current COVID-19 outbreaks and constantly changing landscape they were left with no other option.
"After consultation with government and health officials, it is not posisble to predict what will happen in coming months and we must make the health and safety of our patrons and staff our top priority," General Manager Vicky Lowry released in a statement.
Scheduled for the 2nd & 3rd of October, the 2020 event was set to feature an all-Australian lineup including:
- The Angels
- John Williamson
- Troy Cassar-Daly
- Shannon Noll
- The McClymonts
It's expected a new lineup will be announced for next year's event, scheduled for the 1st & 2nd of October 2021.
2020 Deni Ute Muster tickers, and Reserved Camping tickets, will be automatically valid for the 2021 'Muster'. Anyone retaining their ticket for 2021 is not required to take any further action.
Anyone unable to attend the rescheduled event in 2021 is able to request a refund from Oztix here: forms.oztix.com.au/
Refund requests are available from 9am today until 30 September, 2020.
General Manager Vicky Lowry has expressed her gratitude for the ongoing support of the event.
"We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their patience and support and will continue to respond to questions on our social media accounts as we begin to move forward and plan for 2021," she said.
"We look forward to seeing you on 1 and 2 October 2021, when we will be back bigger and stronger."
